Connection to Immigration
My family and I immigrated to the U.S. when I was 10 years old. My mom was a beneficiary of a self-petition for professionals (a category that no longer exists). I am grateful to my parents for the sacrifices they made for my siblings and I to attend school in the U.S. and have more opportunities.

What is a fun fact about you?
I lived in a haunted house for a year in the Civil War city of Carlisle, Pennsylvania. I refuse to watch horror films as a result.
